Cecil L. Duffie Jr., Chief Executive Officer
Cecil Duffie is an entrepreneur with twenty-five years experience growing profitable companies. His business career includes successful ventures in wireless telecommunications, supply chain management, and distribution. In 1982 Cecil co- founded Dial Page, a southeastern based provider of paging and cellular telephone service. His management roles included serving as CEO initially and later Chairman. Dial Page was acquired by Nextel in 1995 in a transaction valued at approximately $1 billion. Cecil’s other business activities include involvement as a principal, director or consultant to successful companies involved in distribution of handheld mobile computing devices, RF bar coding software and hardware and food and beverage manufacturing and distribution. The core focus of Cecil’s approach to building and growing successful companies has been his strategy of bringing together the right team of talent to make it happen.
Robert G. Parker, President and Chief Operating Officer
Bob Parker is a performance-driven, senior management and strategic business executive skilled at growing businesses and shareholder value. His executive career includes successful ventures in the software industry within the applications development tools and business applications markets. In 1996, Bob founded Parker & Associates, a management consulting firm providing strategic business, marketing, and operating management services where he served as Founder, CEO, business consultant, and as interim CEO for start-up enterprise software companies - Memento, Convergence Management Technologies and Healthmedia. Before founding Parker & Associates, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for established enterprise software companies - Infinium Software and Atria Software, which completed a successful Initial Public Offering in 1994. Bob is currently leading Cambar's new business initiatives surrounding supply chain consulting and technology innovation solutions.
Rick Register, Executive Vice President
Rick Register has been with Cambar Solutions for over 23 years. Rick’s longtime tenure with Cambar has enabled him to develop deep knowledge of the distribution industry and trusted advisor relationships with Cambar’s distribution industry clients. He is devoted to Cambar’s clients’ success. Central to his leadership are his insights into how Cambar supports clients’ creation and realization of value. His planning, estimating, and engagement structuring knowledge are key enablers to setting and managing clients’ expectations and satisfaction. Rick has worked with many of the world’s leading distribution companies creating solutions to core business challenges including Nestle Purina Pet Care, Abbott Nutrition, Vitality Beverages, and Meow Mix.
